My only crit would be those bubbles. C= They either don't fit in or take away from the picture. For future reference, maybe add some dodge/highlights to them?
...Okay, that wasn't my only crit. Um, also, usually underwater scenes have water reflected on the character. Makes it look more 3D and stuff.
